Student body
Student body of the study programme Interior Design / Interior Architecture
The student body of the study programme Interior Design / Interior Architecture would like to greet you on this web page.
What is a student body and what is it for?
Actually, the student body is the group of all students in a study programme. In our case all those studying Interior Architecture / Product Design. But it is also used, not quite correctly, for the student council. This is elected yearly by the student body (that means all of you) as their representative.
The elected student council represents therefore the interests of the students in this course, both their problems and more pleasant things such as events.
And where can the Student Council be found?
Currently, the council meets monthly on the first Wednesday 8 PM.

Areas of responsibility

What does the Student Parliament do?
- makes decisions on all matters concerning students
- elects, monitors and discharges the AStA
- decides on the semester fees
- represents student interests in various committees
- approves the AStA budget etc.
- The StuPa is, along with the student plenum, the highest decision-making institution of the student body and is elected yearly based on party list voting.
